Parking

Because we are located downtown we enjoy the added benefit of close proximity to fun shops, restaurants and bars. However you may need to add an extra 5-10 minutes for parking. Our advice is to take the first spot you see and just walk a few steps on the pedestrian friendly and mostly covered sidewalks. You’ll get to us faster than circling around trying to find a spot directly in front of the salon.

Booking tips

If you are a new client or you would like a big transformation or something a little different than your usual we recommend communicating directly with your stylist. Pictures are always welcomed as well as sending a text to your stylist to ensure extra time is added to your appointment.

Cancellation policy

We respect our clients time and realize they have arranged their life to accommodate the appointment time they booked. Likewise we hope our clients understand our time is also very important and request unless there is an emergency please avoid canceling any appointments. If it is unavoidable we request at least a 72 hour notice. If less than 72 hours there may be a cancellation fee depending on your stylist. If there are 2 or more cancellations, we will require a deposit in order to rebook. We reserve the right to decline rebooking.
